Amenity Roofing, Siding & Gutters did a nice job for me, replacing half the gutters on my 30-yr-old house and installing leaf guards. John is very professional. He gave me multiple options to fit my budget, and then followed up and did a walkaround with me after the job. I will call them again when I am ready for a new roof, and would consider them for any roofing, gutter or siding project.

Had hail damage from a storm and was approved for new roof, siding and gutters. Not surprisingly, the insurance took a long time to approve and there were some delays due to supply chain issues, but once all the materials were in the job was scheduled and completed. I worked with Maher Ayyash during the entire process and he was wonderful. Very responsive and polite. I would recommend Amenity for any similar jobs you may have.

One of the best roofer i worked with. Very honest with their quote prices. Have an inspection done after bad weather. Anemity roofers were very honest and showed me all the pictures and explained no damage to the roof but simple wear and tear. I would recommend them for any roofing job. Don't get stuck with storm chasers. Work with your local roofing companies so you can go back for any warranty claims.

I found Amenity through google and reading reviews. I went with them and couldn't be more pleased. They replaced my roof the first year of the pandemic and then last year my siding. They were the best quote out of 3. Punctual, with great quality work! They even helped me with some extra things. Nothing like a one stop shop! Excellent experience all around dealing with this company. Work was done in one day, clean up was timely and thorough, and the roof looks great. Pricing was not the lowest but in line with other contractors who provided quotes, and included attention to detail that was lacking from the others.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We struggled with our insurance company and the claim adjuster that they sent to our house after a storm. Because of this, we needed a public adjuster to represent us. Not only did I feel like the company fought for us, but they took the time to explain all the steps, and were always reassuring during the process (which with insurance, takes a long time). They knew their stuff, and made us feel safe in their hands. I am big on communication, and they made sure I was able to contact them whenever I needed to, so that I always felt heard and that I could have the peace of mind that I knew and understood what was happening. Once installation started, their work was top-notch. Their workers cleaned up after each project, and they always made sure we were happy with the end result before they moved on to something else. From our adjuster, to our account manager, to the workers who came to our house, the professionalism was outstanding and the final product they put out is beautiful. Our house got a major facelift, and she has never looked better. You can't go wrong with this company!

Extremely Fast response times, and they are an extremely knowledgeable groups of guys! After one of our worst storms we ever experienced we called Amenity Roofing and within 2 hours John and his crew arrived fast and got to work inspecting and repairing my roof immediately.There was some pretty good damage up there from what I saw from the ground, and once they got up there they found not only shingles missing but also the paper underneath in some areas torn away, plus the plywood was wet. They absolutely got our home protected from any further water damage!

I received four quotes from local contractors for a new roof. After reviewing the quotes, I believe that Amenity represented the best value for the money. A few items stood out:-Professionalism of Jason who was our primary contact. Very personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and to the point. I would highly recommend him to both my friends and family.-I was referred to Amenity Roofing by a neighbor whose parents had utilized them and had a wonderful experience. I’m happy to report that I had a similar experience.-The reviews online were exceptional and I’m happy to report that they are accurate!From the first call to my roof being completed was two weeks. Weather and the permit delayed us by a few days. The crew showed up on a Thursday morning around 8:00 AM and were completely done by 4 PM. Clean-up was exceptionally well done given how many nails and shingles they took off. Having four kids under the age of 8 and a dog, this was important to me. A few days later, Jason stopped by to do a final review and collect final payment.Its been a month since the roof went on and so far so good! I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

I own a ranch in North Aurora and with all the rain we have had lately it became exceedingly apparent that the gutters weren't keeping up, and more rain was in the very near future. I called Amenity and they were able to send an estimator out the next day, presented me with a competitive price and was able to get me on the schedule for the following day, literally 48 hours later, I have brand new gutters! Not only that, they were expertly installed by Omar and his team. They were professional, efficient and practiced good social distancing, increasing my comfort level and satisfaction with their work. What's more is that they were extremely receptive to the way I wanted them installed, where and how the downspouts were placed and ensured I was satisfied before they cleaned up. Highly recommend!

I got about 5 quotes. This was the only company that was completely honest and transparent. The quality of the roof seems great eight months later.They were also flexible on product letting me pick the shingles unlike the others that seemed to have an agenda.Eric answered every question fast and honestly.Amenity was also very comprehensive in making sure everything went smoothly through insurance.

We were very pleased with the experience we had with Eric and his team from Amenity for the roof and gutter installation at our home in Oswego. From the first visit to review the paperwork to set up the project until the final cleanup after the installation was finished, everything went smooth. No worries with insurance and permitting – it’s handled. The crew onsite did a great job, were timely and after the project was finished walk the property to check for dropped nails etc. and pick up debris. We went with Amenity Roofing based on reviews and a close friend who used them and had an awesome experience too. We worked with Eric Nunez who's also a public adjuster. So he worked on our behalf and basically did everything for us 🙂 (who doesn't love that!!) The process was seamless and he keeps you as informed as you'd like. The crew was great, roof was on in a day, great cleanup. Overall an amazing process!Eric knows his stuff and is super honest about everything and sets realistic expectations. He does free assessments and is very thorough!!

John was fantastic to work with. He walked my husband and I through the entire process with ease, and he was very diligent about timeframes. Our entire roof was done within a day! Since it was right before Halloween, John had one of his employees come back and use the metallic roller a second time just to be safe with the nails. I have two young children and was very appreciative of this. We have had another home's roof replaced before, and the experience wasn't even close to being as wonderful as with Amenity!

Roofers arrived the next day at 8 AM & completed the job.
